• You're tired of the boom and bust cycle of working hard and then crashing
• You would like more freedom to do the things you love and get the rest you need
How amazing would it be if you could run your business (or even grow your business) without impacting your health?
Growing your business doesn't have to impact your health. In fact if you grow it in the right way, it could enable you to get help to do the tasks you don't enjoy or which are draining and this can have a positive effect on your health.
How amazing would it be if you could finally break free from the boom / bust cycle of working hard and then needing to take time out to recover?
I can help you put strategies in place so that you're working in a more balanced way. That way you can avoid pushing yourself too hard and then needing a break to recover. Then reverting back into the cycle again to catch up.
How amazing would it be if you could take time out from your business to do the things you love or to take time out to rest?
What would you like to do if you had more flexibility in your business? To be able to rest or do the things that you love. Setting up your business so that you can take time off is integral to building a sustainable business.
I understand how important it is to find a community of people who understand your experiences and who can provide support and advice.
I also understand how important it is to get the right advice. Advice that is tailored to running a business with a chronic illness.
When I started my first business, I took advice from the internet, from people who didn't have experience of running a business with a chronic illness. And it didn't work. I found myself in a relentless cycle of pushing myself hard in my business, making my health worse, having to take time off and then finding myself so behind that I had to push hard again.
At that point, I decided that I needed to do things differently and find a way to work in alignment with my health conditions not against them.
When you have a chronic illness, there can be limits to how much energy you have, how consistent you can be and how many hours you can work. You might also need to take time off for appointments, when you're having a flare up or when you just need to rest.
That's why all the advice I give is specifically designed to help business owners with chronic illnesses because I understand exactly what you need to run your business in a chronic illness-friendly way.

“It's great being part of the Chronic Empowerment Hub, Sarah really does have a very good understanding of the support and advice entrepreneurs with chronic illnesses need. The courses are presented in video format, but broken down into smaller chunks, which makes it manageable and not too overwhelming. The group calls are great, it's nice being able to chat to others who understand your situation and can offer further support and advice. I would highly recommend joining this community.”
